An internal medicine ward rarely has one clear diagnosis per bed — it has patients whose conditions overlap, whose medication lists are long, and whose day can turn on something a nurse notices before anyone else does. Rijnzicht Medical Centre Groep is hiring a Clinical Nurse for our 24-bed internal medicine ward in Amsterdam, covering a patient group with a wide range of chronic and acute conditions. The role: you manage a caseload of five to six patients per shift, administer medication, monitor for deterioration, and work closely with the ward's physicians and the discharge-planning team to keep patients moving toward a safe discharge.
