Ward salaries run €2,800–3,700 gross a month with a rotating-shift allowance, pension contributions and 25 vacation days; our physicians get 27.
Day, evening and night shifts rotate on a four-week roster that we publish in advance, so ward and lab teams can plan their weeks around known hours.
Our specialists draw on a continuing medical education budget of €2,000 a year, and every new starter is trained through their first month before working solo.
